PES Ltd provides Planned Heating and Ventilation Maintenance Programmes for all your Air Handling and Combustion plant to Gas Safe guidelines. We ensure total compliance with up to date PPM scheduling and Certification with detailed on site Log Books provided to all our clients.
Our Ventilation service includes Ductwork cleaning, Fire and Smoke damper testing, Grille and Diffuser maintenance plus thermal Insulation. Our engineers maintain all types of Air Handling Units and are qualified to the HTM 03 level for plant serving Hospitals and Clinical Environments.
- Our Gas Safe registered engineers maintain Boilers of all descriptions including Gas, Oil and LPG, including water heaters, pressurisation units, pumps and Hot and Cold Water services.
- Boiler Controls are constantly monitored to ensure optimum efficiency with control devices checked by our HVAC controls engineer.
- Our services include gas pipework safety, purging and tightness testing.
PES Ltd also provides full turnkey projects for the replacement of Boiler and associated plant via our in house Projects team.
